TTG assessed the existing tenants in the retail shopping center of the Tower, recommended restructuring of the tenant mix, helped with the redesign, created the concept for the marketing materials and branding, initiated the leasing campaign, and leased to the five new major tenants that transformed the old center and set the tone and character for leasing the remainder of the space.
